La EM2, azienda sita in Nuova Zelanda, crea membrane con i più alti standard produttivi, utilizzando macchinari di ultima generazione ed esclusivamente materiali termoplastici ( senza uso di colle liquide al solvente ) seguendo un processo di vuoto – calore – pressione garantendo così la massima tenacità, leggerezza e durata delle membrane prodotte.
La EM2 ha prodotto fino ad oggi membrane per numerose imbarcazioni over 100 piedi fino ad oltre 50 metri di lunghezza.
Le vele ORANGE SAILS prodotte con i Laminati EM2 verranno customizzate nei minimi particolari soddisfando le esigenze di ogni vela, includendo all’interno della laminazione qualsiasi tipo di rinforzo sia strutturale che protettivo ed ogni tasca delle stecche richiesta.
Lo Staff di Design della veleria ORANGE SAILS si occuperà come sempre della idealizzazione, customizzazione e progettazione delle proprie vele.
Dal 2020 questa nuova partnership consentirà alla Veleria ORANGE SAILS di proporre sul mercato vele senza limiti di dimensioni.
It is with great satisfaction and enthusiasm that the ORANGE SAILS eam announces, from the year 2020, the EXCLUSIVE offer of the new EM2 Laminates made in New Zealand
EM2, a company located in New Zealand, creates membranes with the highest production standards, using state-of-the-art machinery and exclusively thermoplastic materials (without the use of solvent-based liquid glues) following a vacuum-heat-pressure process, thus ensuring maximum toughness , lightness and durability of the membranes produced.
To date, EM2 has produced membranes for many boats over 100 feet up to over 50 meters in length.
The ORANGE SAILS sails produced with EM2 Laminates will be customized down to the smallest detail, satisfying the needs of each sail, including any type of structural and protective reinforcement within the lamination and any required batten pocket.
The Design Staff of the ORANGE SAILS will deal with the idealization, customization and design of their sails as always.
From 2020 this new partnership will allow ORANGE SAILS to offer sails on the market without size limits.
